FAQ
- Is it really free?
- Yes. You can create unlimited invoices, estimates, clients and products, and record payments, without paying anything. The free plan sends 3 documents a month; Pro removes that limit.
- What does Pro cost?
- $4.99 a month, or $29.99 a year with a 7-day free trial. Pro gives unlimited sending, all 20 templates, your logo and custom color, and removes the small “Made with Invoice One” line.
- Do I need an account?
- No. You can start as a guest and send your first invoice straight away. Signing in with Apple keeps your data if you change or lose your device.
- Can I put my own logo on invoices?
- Yes, with Pro. Add it once in your business profile and it sits at the top of every document, next to the accent color you choose.
- Does it handle sales tax?
- It does. Set a default rate, or split it into named lines like State 7.25% and County 1.375%. Items can be marked non-taxable, and a client with an exemption certificate is billed without tax.
- Can I get my data out?
- Any time, on any plan: every document as a PDF in a ZIP, plus a CSV of the lot. Deleting your account offers the export first.
- Which languages does it speak?
- The app comes in 12 languages, and each document can be written in a different one from the app — so you can work in your language and invoice in your client’s.
- Is there an Android version?
- Not yet. Invoice One is made for iPhone, on iOS 26 and up.
